All in stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days and are shipped with Registered Australia Post. This could take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Moove Me offers Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $50.
For those who want their order to arrive as soon as possible, Moove Me offers Express Shipping with Australia Post for an extra fee. Usual delivery time for Express Shipping is 1-3 Business days depending on your location.

OUT OF STOCK/CAN'T FIND ITEM
If there is an item you can't find or is out of stock, please email our friendly staff at info@mooveme.com.au and they wil be happy to advise you on when your item will be back in stock or available for ordering.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Moove Me takes pride in bringing you products of the highest quality. All items that are shipped from Moove Me undergo a quality control process to ensure that nothing sent out is damaged or faulty. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product then please email us at info@mooveme.com.au describing your concern and our friendly team will get back to you with a Returns Form. Simply follow the instructions on the form. Please allow one to two (1-2) weeks for returns to be processed. If you need to review your return or have any specific questions please contact us on 1300 421 543 or email info@mooveme.com.au. In most cases, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date you have received your order.
We do NOT accept returns if:
- The item(s) do not have their original tags or packaging.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) show signs of damage.
